When is the most dangerous time to drive a car?
That would be anytime as far as I am concerned. And yes, I AM concerned.
With the number of accidents reported each and every day here on WORD’s traffic reports on the Russ and Lisa Show, we are just scratching the surface and hitting on a few of the hundreds that take place daily!
Many times, accidents can be blamed on poor weather conditions; rain, fog, snow, ice; but most of the time they are caused by what troopers call “inattention.”
There’s a new study out from Forbes and it finds the most dangerous month to drive is is August, and that any given Saturday is the most dangerous day. Nationwide, 49% of fatal crashes happen at night.
Be careful out there … good listeners are hard to find (and apparently so are good drivers around here)!
